Noha is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Management. Her research integrates theory and practice — drawing on her 11+ years of hands-on experience leading strategic initiatives to ground her academic inquiry in real-world complexity.

She also holds an MBA, and brings a strong foundation in organizational theory, strategic management, impact measurement, and cultural economics to her research practice.
